Service Booking and Payment

When you book our styling services:

• You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information
• Prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST
• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
• We accept various payment methods as specified during booking
• All sales are subject to our Return Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Client Responsibilities
